I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was so welcoming and always eager to help me with any queries I had. I truly appreciated their efforts and they always had a smile on their face. The facilities were top-notch, especially the availability of coffee and tea in the lobby on the second floor, which was a perfect pick-me-up throughout the day.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help in case of doubts, with constant smiles on their faces. I appreciated the fact that they offered coffee and tea all day, every day, in the lobby on the second floor. the hotel's key location enabled us to explore the area with ease.
We had a bit of a delay with the check-in process, which was disheartening as we had requested an early check-in. The internet connection in our room was poor, and we had a hard time staying connected throughout our stay.

The hotel's location is conveniently located near many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the coffee and tea selection in the lobby is a nice touch, allowing guests to warm up before heading out. the staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. the quality of the room and bathroom is not satisfactory based on my stay at the hotel. the internet connection is very weak and the bathroom lacks necessary toiletries.
